Scott Reents Contributes to Inaugural Progress Report of the Court Modernization Action Committee

On February 21, 2024, the Court Modernization Action Committee (“CMAC”) published its inaugural progress report, entitled the “2023 New York State Court Modernization Progress Report,” co‑authored by Cravath of counsel and CMAC Co‑Chair Scott B. Reents. The report highlights strides the court system has made in leveraging technology to streamline operations and provides recommendations for the continued advancement of the courts’ post‑pandemic modernization efforts. The CMAC was formed to support and advise the New York State Court System in implementing technology initiatives to increase efficiency and enhance access to equal justice.
