Scott Reents Speaks at Association of Corporate Counsel Forum

On November 17, 2021, Scott B. Reents, Cravath’s lead attorney for data analytics and e‑discovery, co‑taught (with Text IQ) a virtual CLE hosted by the Association of Corporate Counsel, Connecticut Chapter. Entitled “Artificial Intelligence in Corporate Legal Practice,” the CLE discussed the uses of artificial intelligence in litigation and investigations, with a special emphasis on privilege review and the identification of sensitive information.
