Scott Reents Speaks at Second Annual Antitrust Clearance & Merger Enforcement Conference

On September 21, 2022, Scott Reents, Cravath’s lead attorney for data analytics and e‑discovery, participated in the second annual Antitrust Clearance & Merger Enforcement Virtual Conference, which was hosted by TransPerfect Legal Solutions in Washington, D.C. Scott spoke during a session entitled "Deploying TAR & Analytics in Merger Review Proceedings,” which explored how AI and data analytics tools can be used to improve HSR and second request proceedings, as well as best practices, new developments and various approaches favored by regulators.
