Seaspan Corporation’s Common Stock Offering

Cravath represented the sales agents, Citigroup, Credit Suisse and FBR Capital Markets & Co., in connection with an at‑the‑market offering of shares of class A common stock totaling up to US$75 million of Seaspan Corporation, a leading independent charter owner and manager of containerships. The shares were listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on March 6, 2017.
