Cravath’s London Office Moves to 100 Cheapside

Cravath represented the initial purchasers, led by BofA Securities, BMO Capital Markets, Citigroup and Wells Fargo Securities, in connection with the $201.2 million Rule 144A exchangeable senior notes offering of Seaspan Corporation, the world’s largest leading independent charter owner and manager of containerships at the time of the offering. Cravath also represented the financial institution counterparties to a “capped call” transaction entered into by Seaspan Corporation in connection with the offering. The exchangeable senior notes offering and related capped call closed on December 21, 2020.
