Seaspan Corporation’s High-Yield Blue Transition Senior Notes Offering

Cravath represented the initial purchasers in connection with the $750 million 144A/Reg. S high-yield blue transition senior notes offering of Seaspan Corporation, the world's largest leading independent charter owner and manager of containerships at the time of the offering. The transaction closed on July 14, 2021.
