Seaspan’s Registered Offering of Series H Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Shares

Cravath represented the underwriters, led by Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan Securities, RBC Capital Markets and Citigroup, in connection with the US$225 million registered offering of Series H Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Shares of Seaspan Corporation, a leading independent charter owner and manager of containerships. The shares were listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on August 11, 2016.
