Service Corporation International’s High‑Yield Senior Notes Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters, led by BofA Securities, J.P. Morgan Securities, Truist Securities and Wells Fargo Securities, in connection with the $850 million registered high‑yield senior notes offering of Service Corporation International, a provider of deathcare products and services. The transaction closed on August 10, 2020.
