Shea Homes’s High‑Yield Senior Debt Offering

March 23, 2015

Cravath represented the initial purchaser, J.P. Morgan Securities, in connection with the US$750 million 144A/Reg. S high‑yield senior debt offering of Shea Homes Limited Partnership and Shea Homes Funding Corp. Shea Homes is one of the largest privately owned homebuilders in the United States. The transaction closed on March 23, 2015.

The Cravath team included partner William J. Whelan III and associates Welton E. Blount Jr. and Lauren K. Lubelsky.
