Starbucks's Collaboration with Oprah Winfrey

On March 19, 2014, Starbucks Coffee Company and Oprah Winfrey announced a collaboration to co‑create Teavana® Oprah Chai Tea, which is currently available in Starbucks and Teavana stores across the United States and Canada. Cravath represented Starbucks in connection with this collaboration.

The Cravath team was led by M&A partner Faiza J. Saeed and included partner Ting S. Chen on M&A matters and partner Lauren Angelilli and associate Andrew Carlon on tax matters.
