Starbucks’s Investment in Square

On August 8, 2012, Starbucks Coffee Company announced a partnership with and investment in Square. Cravath represented Starbucks in this investment.
The Cravath team included partner Faiza J. Saeed and associate Andrew R. Bonnes on corporate matters and partner Lauren Angelilli and associate Albert Chang on tax matters. Summer associate Jennifer Uren also worked on corporate matters.
