Cravath represented Tata Technologies Limited as international counsel in connection with its INR 30.4 billion 144A/Reg. S initial public offering of equity shares. Tata Technologies Limited is a leading global engineering services company offering product development and digital solutions, including turnkey solutions, to global original equipment manufacturers and their Tier 1 suppliers globally. The shares began trading on the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India on November 30, 2023.
The Cravath team included partner Philip J. Boeckman and associates Nadia T. Odai‑Afotey, Wonnie Song Hall and Nathaniel E. Hatter on capital markets matters; and partner Andrew T. Davis and associate Carlos Nicholas Obando on tax matters. William Swisher also worked on tax matters.

Cravath represented the initial purchasers in connection with the $1 billion 144A/Reg S. high‑yield senior notes offering of Alumina Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Alcoa Corporation, a global industry leader in the production of bauxite, alumina and aluminum products. Cravath also represented the dealer managers in connection with the concurrent cash tender offers for notes of Alcoa Nederland Holding B.V., a wholly owned subsidiary of Alcoa Corporation, with an aggregate principal amount of up to $1 billion. The transactions closed on March 17, 2025.
