The Marcus Corporation’s Secondary Common Stock Offering

February 16, 2019

Cravath represented the underwriter, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, in connection with the $69 million registered secondary common stock offering of The Marcus Corporation, a leader in the lodging and entertainment industries. The shares were listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on February 6, 2019.

The Cravath team included associate Stephanie L. Rowan on corporate matters; partner Christopher K. Fargo and associate Andrew L. Mandelbaum on tax matters; and senior attorney Annmarie M. Terraciano on environmental matters. Eric S. Goodwin also worked on corporate matters and Dixing Tang worked on executive compensation and benefits matters.
