The New York Knicks’s Senior Secured Revolving Credit Facility

November 15, 2016

Cravath represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as agent and arranger, in connection with a $200 million five‑year senior secured revolving credit facility made available to the New York Knicks, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Madison Square Garden Company, to be used for working capital and other general corporate purposes. The transaction closed on September 30, 2016.

The Cravath team included partner Stephen M. Kessing and associates Benjamin S. Persina and Rami Totari on banking matters; senior attorney Margot A. Wagner on intellectual property matters; practice area attorney Jin Hee Kim on collateral‑related matters; associate Damien J. Rose on tax matters; and associate Daniel P. Herrmann on executive compensation and benefits matters.
