Cravath’s London Office Moves to 100 Cheapside

Cravath represented the underwriters, led by BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, J.P. Morgan Securities and Wells Fargo Securities, in connection with the $1.35 billion registered notes offering of The Sherwin‑Williams Company, a developer, manufacturer and distributor of paint, coatings and related products to professional, industrial, commercial and retail customers primarily in North and South America. The transaction closed on August 26, 2019.
Cravath also represented the dealer managers, Citigroup and US Bancorp, in connection with the The Sherwin‑Williams Company’s concurrent notes tender offers totaling up to $1.5 billion.
