Tim Cameron Speaks at the IBA’s “New Frontiers of ADR” Conference

Cravath partner Timothy G. Cameron participated in the “New Frontiers of ADR: From Commercial and Investment Matters to Regulatory Violations” conference, which was presented by the International Bar Association’s Mediation Committee and North American Regional Forum and held on November 6‑7, 2018, in Montreal. Tim spoke on a panel entitled “Negotiated Settlements in Regulatory Matters as a Form of Alternative Dispute Resolution,” which discussed the application of ADR principles when representing clients in bribery enforcement actions, and a comparison of the current systems in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada and Europe.
