TransDigm’s $5.15 Billion of Senior Secured Term Loan Facilities

Cravath represented Credit Suisse in connection with the arrangement of approximately $5.15 billion of senior secured term loans made available to TransDigm Inc., a leading global designer, producer and supplier of highly engineered aircraft components, to refinance certain existing indebtedness. The transaction closed on November 30, 2017.
