TripAdvisor’s Revolving Credit Facility

Cravath represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in connection with the arrangement of a $1 billion revolving credit facility made available to TripAdvisor, Inc. and its subsidiaries to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes. The transaction closed on June 26, 2015.
