TUI Cruises GmbH’s High‑Yield Senior Notes Offering

Cravath represented the initial purchasers in connection with the €300 million 144A/Reg. S high‑yield senior notes offering of TUI Cruises GmbH, a leading German cruise operator. The transaction closed on May 14, 2021.

The Cravath team included partner Philip J. Boeckman, European counsel Yannick Adler and associates Marc Bode and Maurice Temming on capital markets matters, partner Christopher K. Fargo on tax matters, senior attorney Annmarie M. Terraciano on environmental matters, and associates Aaron J. Feuer and David Crampton on executive compensation and benefits matters. Alissa B. Fromkin and Sonia Katharani‑Khan also worked on tax matters.
