Tumi’s Common Stock Offering

Cravath represented the underwriter, Credit Suisse, in connection with the US$168.5 million secondary common stock offering of Tumi Holdings, Inc., a global, premium lifestyle brand whose products offer a comprehensive line of travel and business products and accessories. Tumi Holdings, Inc. is a portfolio company of private equity sponsor Doughty Hanson & Co. The shares were listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on September 9, 2014.
