S high‑yield senior debt offering of U.S. Concrete, Inc., a leading producer of ready‑mixed concrete in select geographic markets in the United States. The transaction closed on January 9, 2017.
The Cravath team included partner William V. Fogg and associates Benjamin S. Persina, Martin P. Pepeljugoski and Kelly M. Smercina on securities matters; associate June Hwang on tax matters; and senior attorney Annmarie M. Terraciano on environmental matters. Cole‑Gabriel DuMond also worked on securities matters.
