Ultrapetrol (Bahamas) Limited’s High‑Yield Debt Offering

Cravath represented the initial purchasers, led by BofA Merrill Lynch and Jefferies, in connection with the US$200 million 144A/Reg. S high‑yield debt offering of first preferred ship mortgage notes of Ultrapetrol (Bahamas) Limited, an industrial shipping company serving the marine transportation needs of their clients, primarily in South America. The transaction closed on June 10, 2013.
