Cravath represented Unilever Capital Corporation in connection with its US$1.5 billion registered senior debt offering, guaranteed by Unilever N.V., Unilever PLC and Unilever United States, Inc. The Unilever Group is one of the world’s leading suppliers of fast-moving consumer goods across foods and home and personal care categories. The transaction closed on February 10, 2011.
The Cravath team included partner Michael L. Schler on tax matters.
