Unilever’s Acquisition of Dermalogica

On June 24, 2015, Unilever announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire Dermalogica, the world’s number one professional skincare brand. Cravath is representing Unilever in connection with this transaction. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
