Cravath represented the underwriters, led by BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, Wells Fargo Securities and US Bancorp, in connection with the $1 billion registered notes offering of Union Pacific Corporation, owner of one of America’s leading transportation companies. The deal closed on August 5, 2019.
