Cravath represented the underwriters, led by Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank Securities, J.P. Morgan Securities, Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Morgan Stanley, Scotiabank and Wells Fargo Securities, in connection with the $925 million registered high‑yield senior debt offering of United Rentals (North America), Inc., the largest equipment rental company in the world at the time of the offering. The transaction closed on August 11, 2017.
