Vectrus’s Extended Senior Secured Credit Facilities

November 15, 2017

Cravath represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in connection with the arrangement of an increased and extended $120 million revolving credit facility and an extended $80 million term loan facility, made available to Vectrus Systems Corporation, a leading provider of services to the United States government worldwide. The facilities will be used to refinance existing indebtedness and for working capital and other general corporate purposes. The transaction closed on November 15, 2017.

The Cravath team included partner George E. Zobitz, senior attorney Christopher J. Kelly and associate Nikita Patel on banking matters, and associate Richard Bohm on tax matters.
