Scott Reents Speaks at Putting Insights Into Practice 2023

On February 15, 2023, Scott Reents, Cravath’s lead attorney for data analytics and e‑discovery, participated in the sixth annual Putting Insights Into Practice Forum, which was hosted by Complete Discovery Source from February 15‑16, 2023. Scott spoke on a panel entitled “Context is Key: Document Review and Short Message Formats,” which reviewed how to handle modern attachments, document utilization and message slicing, ways to track conversations across various platforms and when to leverage TAR/AI to manage document review protocols.
