Baker Hughes is a fullstream oilfield technology provider that has a unique mix of integrated oilfield products, services and digital solutions. The transaction closed on November 7, 2019.

Baker Hughes is a leading supplier of oilfield services, products, technology and systems. Cravath also represented the dealer managers in connection with concurrent debt self‑tender offers by Baker Hughes. The transaction closed on December 11, 2017.
