Allegion’s Registered Senior Notes Offering

July 06, 2022

Cravath represented the underwriters in connection with the $600 million registered senior notes offering of Allegion US Holding Company Inc., a leading global provider of security products and solutions. The transaction closed on June 22, 2022.

The Cravath team included partner Michael E. Mariani and associates Janice T. P. Martindale and Katharine E. Waldman on capital markets matters; associates Carlos Nicholas Obando and Sonia Katharani-Khan on tax matters; senior attorney Annmarie M. Terraciano on environmental matters; and associate Cortez Johnson on executive compensation and benefits matters. Summer associate Helen Catherine Darby also worked on capital markets matters.
