Amazon.com Inc.’s $7 Billion Amended and Restated Revolving Credit Facility

July 10, 2020

Cravath represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as administrative agent and lead arranger, in connection with the arrangement of a $7 billion amended and restated revolving credit facility made available to Amazon.com Inc., a leading provider in retail sale of consumer products and subscriptions in North America and internationally. The transaction closed on June 23, 2020.

The Cravath team included partner Tatiana Lapushchik and foreign associate attorney Vanessa Isler on banking matters, and partner Christopher K. Fargo and associate Joyce Y. Kim on tax matters.
