Ben Gruenstein and Nick Dorsey Speak at Compliance Seminar

On June 14, 2022, Cravath partners Benjamin Gruenstein and Nicholas A. Dorsey participated in “Compliance Issues in the Corporate Life‑Cycle,” a seminar program co‑hosted by Cravath, EBA and Co. Consulting Services and Morvillo Abramowitz Grand Iason & Anello PC in Tel Aviv, Israel. Ben moderated and Nick spoke on a panel entitled “Compliance & Corporate Transactions: IPOs/deSPACs, Financings and M&A.” Ben also spoke on a panel entitled “Board, Internal and U.S. Government Investigations.” The program featured leading in‑house and outside legal and compliance advisors discussing compliance and global investigations topics applicable to pre‑IPO and U.S. public companies.
