Cravath represented the initial purchasers, Wells Fargo Securities and BMO Capital Markets, in connection with the $150 million 144A/Reg. S senior notes offering of goeasy Ltd., a leading full-service provider of goods and alternative financial services in Canada. The transaction closed on July 16, 2018.
