Cravath’s London Office Moves to 100 Cheapside
Cravath represented the agent, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., in connection with the arrangement of a $250 million ABL revolving credit facility made available to GoPro, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, GoPro Coöperatief U.A., to be used for working capital and other general corporate purposes. GoPro is a leading manufacturer of versatile cameras. The transaction closed on March 25, 2016.
