Julie North and Tim Cameron Speak at IBA’s High‑Stakes Litigation and Arbitration Conference

On December 4, 2014, two Cravath partners spoke at the International Bar Association’s Best Practices and New Developments in High‑Stakes Litigation and Arbitration conference held in Atlanta,  Georgia. Julie A. North spoke on a panel entitled “Developing and Executing Crisis Management Procedures,” which focused on key considerations that come into play when a company faces a corporate crisis. Timothy G. Cameron spoke on a panel entitled “Coordinating High‑Stakes Litigation in Multiple Countries and Jurisdictions,” which addressed questions pertaining to specific challenges that arise from multijurisdiction litigation.
