Mars’s $2.5 Billion Notes Offering

Cravath represented the initial purchasers, led by BofA Securities, BNP PARIBAS, Citigroup and J.P. Morgan Securities, in connection with the $2.5 billion 144A/Reg. S notes offering of Mars, Incorporated, a privately‑held, family‑owned business comprised of market‑leading consumer brands. The transaction closed on July 16, 2020.
