Cravath represented NH Hotel Group, S.A. in connection with its €400 million 144A/Reg. S high-yield senior secured notes offering. NH Hotel Group is a leading international hotel operator. The notes will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on June 28, 2021.
