Cravath’s London Office Moves to 100 Cheapside
On August 4, 2009, PepsiCo Inc. (“PepsiCo”) announced that it has entered into definitive merger agreements with The Pepsi Bottling Group, Inc. (“PBG”) and PepsiAmericas, Inc. (“PAS”) under which PepsiCo will acquire all of the outstanding shares of common stock it does not already own of PBG and PAS for stock and cash valued at $36.50 per share and $28.50 per share, respectively, for a total of approximately $7.8 billion.
