Cravath represented Picard Groupe S.A.S. and Picard Bondco S.A. in connection with their €770 million 144A/Reg. S high‑yield senior secured and senior debt offering. Picard Groupe S.A.S. and Picard Bondco S.A. are holding companies of Picard Surgelés, a leading retailer of frozen food products in France, and a portfolio company of private equity sponsor Lion Capital LLP. The notes are expected to be listed on the Irish Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on February 20, 2015.
