On June 13, 2022, Cravath partners D. Scott Bennett and Nicholas A. Dorsey participated in “Preparing to Monetize: Going Public and M&A Transactions,” a program hosted by Israel‑based law firm Gross & Co. in Tel Aviv. Scott spoke on a panel with Nick entitled “Looking Ahead for Your IPO: What You Need to Know and Do Now,” and Nick also spoke on a panel entitled “Key Issues in M&A Transactions for Israeli Companies.” The program hosted leading practitioners to review the process and legal considerations for companies going public or considering M&A transactions in the current market environment.
