Scott Bennett, Nick Dorsey and Ben Gruenstein Speak at Preparing to Monetize Program

On June 13, 2022, Cravath partners D. Scott Bennett, Nicholas A. Dorsey and Benjamin Gruenstein participated in “Preparing to Monetize: Going Public and M&A Transactions,” a program hosted by Israel‑based law firm Gross & Co. in Tel Aviv. Scott spoke on a panel with Nick entitled “Looking Ahead for Your IPO: What You Need to Know and Do Now,” and Nick also spoke on a panel entitled “Key Issues in M&A Transactions for Israeli Companies.” Ben provided opening remarks and spoke on a panel entitled “Personal Reflections: Going Public and M&A Transactions.” The program hosted leading practitioners to review the process and legal considerations for companies going public or considering M&A transactions in the current market environment.
