In October 2022, Cravath was recognized by The Deal as part of its 2022 Awards series, which “recognizes the elite advisers and service providers who power the deal economy.”
Partner Faiza J. Saeed received the “Impact Dealmaker” award, which honored leading advisors who have “led market‑defining deals, left an impact on a wide range of market‑shaping transactions, and instigated positive change in the dealmaking environment.”
Cravath also received the “Law Firm of the Year - Financial Technology” award. The Firm’s representation of Amazon in its $8.45 billion acquisition of MGM and GreenSky in its $2.24 billion acquisition by Goldman Sachs were each separately selected as “Outstanding Deals of the Year.”
