Safe Bulkers, based in Athens, Greece, is an international shipping company providing marine drybulk transportation services. The public offering of 10 million shares of common stock was priced at $19.00 per share on May 28, 2008, and trading on the New York Stock Exchange began on the following day. The lawyers involved in this matter are partner William P. Rogers, Jr., associates Jin Hee Kim, Jarrod D. Murphy and Richard M. Brand and summer associates Michael K.
