Cravath represented the underwriters in connection with the $212.8 million initial public offering of class A common stock of BitGo Holdings, Inc. (“BitGo”), a leading infrastructure provider of digital asset solutions for businesses, offering solutions including custody, wallets, staking, trading, settlement and digital asset management. The shares were listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on January 23, 2026.

Cravath represented Alliance Laundry Holdings Inc. in connection with its $950.29 million initial public offering of common stock. Alliance Laundry Holdings, an affiliate of BDT & MSD Partners, LLC, is the world’s largest designer and manufacturer of commercial laundry systems, serving a diverse range of global markets. The transaction closed on October 10, 2025.

Cravath represented the underwriters, as U.S. counsel, in connection with the approximately C$313.6 million Rule 144A/Reg. S initial public offering of subordinate voting shares of Groupe Dynamite, Inc., a fashion house that operates retail stores and e‑commerce platforms under two complementary and spirited banners: Garage and Dynamite. The shares were listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on November 26, 2024.

Cravath, together with Hengeler Mueller, represented Douglas AG in connection with its €890 million initial public offering of ordinary bearer shares. The DOUGLAS Group is a leading omnichannel premium beauty destination in Europe. The shares were listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Prime Standard). The transaction closed on March 25, 2024.
