Cravath’s London Office Moves to 100 Cheapside

Cravath represented the initial purchasers, led by Morgan Stanley, in connection with the $150 million 144A convertible senior notes offering of Eventbrite, Inc., a ticketing and experience technology platform that integrates components needed to plan, promote, and produce live events sales in the United States and internationally. Cravath also represented the financial institution counterparties to a “capped call” transaction entered into by Eventbrite in connection with the offering. The convertible senior notes offering and related capped call closed on June 15, 2020.
The Cravath team included partners Andrew J. Pitts and C. Daniel Haaren, senior attorney Mark Mushkin and associates Charles A. Dobb and Emma C.
