Cravath’s London Office Moves to 100 Cheapside
Cravath represented the initial purchasers in connection with the $212.7 million Rule 144A convertible senior notes offering of Eventbrite, Inc., a ticketing and experience technology platform that integrates components needed to plan, promote and produce live events sales in the United States and internationally. Cravath also represented the financial institution counterparties to a “capped call” transaction entered into by Eventbrite in connection with the offering. The transaction closed on March 11, 2021.
